Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Start a return

Email Meltechsolutionsllc23@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your request. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please describe the issue and include photos where possible so we can help.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct destination for your item. Products may be fulfilled by different supplier partners and may need to be returned separately. The business mailing address is not a return destination unless we specifically instruct you to use it.

Return fees

Our current return process has no return-label fee and no restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you about the outcome of your return. For approved returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method after the supplier confirms and refunds the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you need an update.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests are reviewed individually and may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
