These terms apply to purchases and use of the RoamRitual online store, operated by Meltech Solutions LLC. Please review them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before ordering.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order, contact and delivery information. Only use payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and orders

RoamRitual offers products from third-party brands and supplier partners. Review the selected size, color, compatibility and product information before ordering. Product availability can change. Images and screen colors may differ slightly from the actual item.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material price or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange a correction or cancellation with a refund of any payment collected for the unavailable or canceled items. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the store indicates otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Review the final total before submitting your order. Future price changes do not change the amount of an accepted order.

Delivery, returns and support

Supplier partners may fulfill products separately. Shipping timing and available methods depend on the item and destination. See our Shipping Policy for details. Return requests and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

For an order change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started.

Follow the product instructions and relevant safety guidance from the manufacturer. Product descriptions do not replace professional advice when it is needed.
